In collaboration with the URDA, AMA continues to support and implement the Save a Life project which provides healthcare support to uninsured patients, and grants the disadvantaged their basic right to healthcare, in addition to alleviating their pain and bringing the hope of a pain-free tomorrow.
This project is a continuation of AMA’s humanitarian mission and charitable contributions in various fields, where it has carried out more than 104 medical cases, providing therapeutic or diagnostic services, as well as medication, devices, and medical supplies. AMA has also supported the referral of children, the elderly, and other critical cases requiring advanced medical services to private hospitals following a mechanism carried out by the healthcare sector in URDA.

AMA also expressed keenness to follow up on patients after treatment and to ensure that they receive the necessary periodic monitoring and other expenses.
For his part, Dr. Abdullah Al Omari, URDA’s Healthcare Program Manager, stressed the importance of continuing this kind of healthcare projects which aims at supporting the disadvantaged in Lebanon regardless of their nationalities and locations. He also thanked all those who contributed to the support and funding of the “Save a Life” project and praised all efforts made to make this project successful.
