Union of Relief and Development Associations in Lebanon (URDA) held a training workshop titled “Leadership Strategies for Tackling Challenges in a VUCA World” at its headquarters. Several URDA employees from various sectors and departments participated in the workshop, which was led by Dr. Mohamad Hanbali. The training focused on leadership strategies in environments characterized by volatility, uncertainty, complexity, and ambiguity (VUCA).
During the workshop, participants learned how to apply modern leadership strategies to address the complex challenges they face in their ever-changing work environments. Innovative methods for creating new growth opportunities in these difficult circumstances were highlighted, with a focus on improving organizational performance and enhancing the ability to make effective decisions.
At the conclusion of the workshop, URDA’s management honored Dr. Mohamad Hanbali with a certificate of appreciation, recognizing his exceptional efforts in delivering the training and his valuable contributions, which equipped employees with practical tools and strategies to excel in challenging and demanding work environments.
