As part of the Leadership for Learning through Displacement project implemented by Teach for Lebanon, TFL alumni in collaboration with URDA organization conducted a workshop at Aman school project.
The workshop tackled problem-solving strategies using the SHIFT acronym which included discussions on teacher well-being, self-care strategies, and their importance.
