In addition to its field operations, URDA strengthened its partnerships through high-level visits and international engagement, reinforcing its commitment to coordinated humanitarian action and sustainable impact.
URDA remains dedicated to its mission of restoring dignity, fostering resilience, and standing beside those in need, proving that even in the darkest times, humanity continues to shine.

Dear readers,
In this August-September edition, we proudly highlight URDA’s unwavering commitment to supporting vulnerable communities across Lebanon and Syria. Despite the challenging conditions, particularly in southern Lebanon, URDA continued to make significant strides in education, relief, development, and legal protection.
In Lebanon, URDA launched its summer camp in Hebbariyeh and inaugurated a new community center in Saida on World Humanitarian Day.
URDA also rolled out the “New Chapter” back-to-school campaign and the school agenda project to ensure students have all what they need for success. Additionally, URDA’s ongoing collaborations included support for school projects in Qalamoun and participation in a cultural heritage exhibition in Bebnine.
In the field of legal protection, URDA, in partnership with DOT Lebanon, launched its first workshops under a European Union-funded project to promote digital rights and freedom of expression. URDA also participated in the American University of Beirut’s Open House for civil society organizations, proudly announcing its accession to the AUB NGOi initiative.
URDA remains steadfast in its mission to deliver hope and resilience where it is most needed.
