URDA Concludes the Second Day of Eid Al Adha Projects

Around 10,300 deprived families benefited from URDA’s Qurbani distributions on the second day of Eid

For the second day in a row, URDA continues its “Adha: Giving Hope” campaign through the distribution of meat shares to those in need, despite all the challenges facing our relief teams in the field including the COVID-19 outbreak, the increase in the dollar exchange rate and the fuel crisis. Around 10352 deprived Lebanese, Syrian and Palestinian families have benefited from the second day distributions, equivalent to 51,760 beneficiaries. The distribution areas included Aarsal, Bekaa, Saida, Akkar, Tyre and other cities.

Our Field relief teams in various Lebanese regions are still working 24 hours a day to implement this project according to high standards and to deliver fresh meat shares to the beneficiaries, especially since the Adha distributions have become a glimmer of hope for many families in Lebanon, which will ease their difficult living conditions.
