With a view to empowering young citizens and training them in future job skills, URDA’s education sector, in partnership with the Anera and funded by UNICEF, continues to implement the Youth Functional Skills (YFS) Program, where the agreement between the two parties has been renewed and two additional classes have been launched for young people through which a structured program in English, accounting and computer is implemented. These sessions will last until the end of February 2022.
It should be noted that this project targets Lebanese youth who have dropped out of school because of deteriorating economic conditions in order to develop their skills and to move towards a creative society based on innovation and talent-based opportunity building.
